This follows the January 2026 launch of Green Flower’s redesigned Cannabis Career Certificate programs, built in collaboration with 50+ industry experts to meet the specific hiring demands of today’s market.
The new Employer Network creates a direct pipeline between thousands of graduates from Green Flower’s 45+ university partners, and the industry’s top-tier cannabis operators. As the cannabis industry grows and evolves, employers are increasingly seeking candidates with formal training and recognized credentials.
Companies in the Employer Network gain access to an ever-growing pipeline of people who have been trained in cultivation, retail and sales, product development, compliance, and medical cannabis, as well as graduates of the Ganjier cannabis sommelier program.
